point 1 = (x1,y1) = (6,-4)

Point 2 = (x2,y2) = (-1,9)

Apply the slope formula:

m=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

Replace:

m=(9-(-4))/(-1-6)=(9+4)/(-1-6)=(13)/(-7)=-(13)/(7)
