Given;

Make y the subject of the equation;


\begin{gathered} 5y=-3x+15 \\ \\ y=-(3)/(5)x+(15)/(5) \\ \\ y=-(3)/(5)x+3 \end{gathered}

The y-intercept of the function is;


y=3
