Using the process of elimination to find the answer

It's not option D because the average for the fitness center is 19 not 17 by looking at the dash made on the plots.

It's not option A because it's untrue that fitness plus has a smaller spread in the middle because they are both equal according to the plots they both take up the same amount of space in the middle.

It's not option because the fitness center doen't have a higher/longer range of hourly wages then fitness plus according the the plots the fittness center starts at 16 and ends at 22 while the fittness plus starts at 14 and ends at 20 which means they are equal.

So the best answer is option C because the fitness plus does indeed have a smaller range in the upper 25% of hourly wages then the fitness center by looking at the plots you could see that the fitness center has a higher range.

Option C is the answer.
