we have

cosh(x)=25/7 and x>0

Remember that

$\cos h^2(x)-\sinh ^2(x)=1$

substitute the given function

$((25)/(7))^2-\sinh ^2(x)=1$
$\sinh ^2(x)=(625)/(49)-1$
$\sinh ^2(x)=(576)/(49)$
