Among the options listed, the most recent, or last type of organism to appear in evolution of life were the eukaryotes. The have a more complex cell organization and some of the organelles they present were the result of endosymbiosis of bacteria.

Moreover, sulfir-eaters and similar bacteria were the first to appear, when atmosphere on earth lacked oxygen, which was the result of the appearance of the cyanobacteria, able to photosynthesize. The increasing oxygen on the atmosphere then allowed the appearance of aerobic baceria and later of different types of eukaryotes.
