The general expression for the slope is :

\text{ Slope = }(y_2-y_1)/(x_(_2)-x_1)

Points : ( 2, 3) & ( 2, -4 )

Substitute the value of the coordinates :

\begin{gathered} \text{ Slope = }(y_2-y_1)/(x_(_2)-x_1) \\ \text{ Substitute the x}_1=2,x_2=2,y_1=3,y_2=-4 \\ \text{ Slope = }(-4-3)/(2-2) \\ Slope\text{ = Not defined} \end{gathered}

Slope is not defined as the x coordinate is not changes.
