These are the rules that apply to the solubility of the mentioned salts:
1. With exception of the salts containing Ag+, Pb2+, and Hg2+, the Cl-, Br-, and I- salts are soluble.
2. Most sulfate salts are soluble in water, with these exceptions: CaSO4, BaSO4, PbSO4, Ag2SO4 and SrSO4.
3. Most hydroxyde salts are soluble, with the exception of Al(OH)3 and all the transition metals hydroxydes. It is important to mention that the hydroxydes formed by group II elements are not very soluble.
With these rules, we can conclude that CaCl2, K2SO4, and LiOH are soluble in water.
