My text:
Este verano visitaré la casa de mis abuelos, que se encuentra lejos del bullicio de la ciudad. Mis primos también visitarán a nuestros abuelos durante sus vacaciones de verano. Mi abuela va a preparar muchos platos, y vamos a saborear cada bocado de la comida. A mi abuelo le encanta la jardinería, y yo le ayudaré a plantar nuevos arbolitos y a regar las plantas del jardín. Por la noche nos sentaremos juntos y escucharemos las historias de mis abuelos. Luego iremos todos a la terraza y jugaremos a algún juego. Por la noche, contemplaremos las estrellas y la luna y escucharemos algunas historias fascinantes sobre las estrellas y la luna narradas por mi abuela. So, I'm not sure if you need a new text or If you want someone to check it, well I found out something that It's grammatically wrong, you repeat the word "luna" two times, so instead of that you can say: Por la noche, contemplaremos las estrellas y la luna y escucharemos algunas historias fascinantes sobre estas, narradas por mi abuela.

And also, you should use more the comma.
