The radius of circular necklace is r = 12 cm.

Determine the length of one necklace.

\begin{gathered} C=2\pi r \\ =2\cdot\pi\cdot12 \\ =75.398 \\ \approx75.4 \end{gathered}

Determine the number of necklaces Phil can make from 1100 cm of wire.

\begin{gathered} n=\frac{1100\text{ cm}}{75.4\text{ cm}} \\ =14.58 \end{gathered}

So, largest number of necklace Phil can made from 1100 cm wire is 14.

Answer: 14 necklaces
