Angle 1 angle 2 are supplementary and m angle 2 =2 37 degrees . find m angle 1

Solution

For this case since angle 1 and 2 are supplementary we can do this:

m <1 + m< 2 = 180

And we can solve for m< 1 and we got:

m< 1= 180 - m<2 = 180 - 37= 143
