Answer:

9 gallons of water

Explanation:

Given,

A camel drinks water in 10 minutes = 15 gallons

So,

Water drank by the camel in 1 minute =
(15)/(10) gallon

So, Water drank by the camel in 6 minutes

= (
(15)/(10) × 6) gallons

  • [On Simplifying]

= 1.5 × 6 gallons

  • [On multiplying]

= 9 gallons

Hence,

Amount of water drank by the camel in 6 minutes is 9 gallons of water. (Ans)
