a(n)=a(1)+(n-1)*d
Common difference (d)= 13
First term (a(1))= 3
a(n)=3 + (n-1) * 13
a(24)=3 + 23*13
a(24)= 302
SO
Explicit rules: a(n)=3 + (n-1) * 13
a(24)= 302
