We need to find the percent change. We can find it easily using the following formula:

Percent_{\text{ }}Change=\frac{New_{\text{ }}value-old_{\text{ }}value}{old_{\text{ }}value}*100

Where:

New value = 229

Old value = 216

so:

\begin{gathered} Percent_{\text{ }}Change=(229-216)/(216)*100 \\ Percent_{\text{ }}Change=(13)/(216)*100 \\ Percent_{\text{ }}Change=6.02 \end{gathered}

Answer:

6.02%
