A = (-3, 1)

B = (2, -2)

First we will calculate the slope of the line

m=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
m=(-2-1)/(2-(-3))=(-3)/(5)_{}

The slope is negative

Now, we are gonna calculate the equation, with (2, -2)

b=y-mx
b=-2-(-(3)/(5))\cdot2
b=-(4)/(5)
