Let's recall that the interior angles of a triangle always add up to 180 degrees.

And also let's recall that an isosceles triangle has two equal angles at the base.

Upon saying that, we have:

32 + 32 + Q = 180 (The angles at the base are equal)

Solving for Q:

Q = 180 - 32 - 32

Q = 180 - 64

Q = 116

In consequence, the correct answer is 116 degrees.
