A:

\begin{gathered} \text{let:} \\ (x1,y1)=(0,1) \\ (x2,y2)=(5,-3) \\ \text{slope}=m=(-3-1)/(5-0)=(-4)/(5) \end{gathered}

Using the point slope equation:

\begin{gathered} y-y1=m(x-x1) \\ y-1=-(4)/(5)(x-0) \\ y=-(4)/(5)x+1 \end{gathered}

B.

the slope is not defined, since it is a vertical line, in this case it is the line:

x=-2
