The given points are (-2,-5) and (0,13).

We use the slope formula and the points.

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

Where,

\begin{gathered} x_1=-2 \\ x_2=0 \\ y_1=-5 \\ y_2=13 \end{gathered}

Replacing these values, we have

m=(13-(-5))/(0-(-2))=(13+5)/(2)=(18)/(2)=9

Therefore, the slope is 9.
