Before I go ahead in selectinf the right option, we need to know what rational numbers are.

Rational numbers are numbers are numbers that can be written as the ratio of two integers e.g 1/2, 5/7, 4/5 are all rational numbers since we can write them as the ratio of two intergers.

Also rational numbers are fractions and repeating decimals e.g 0.11111111..., 0.23232323... we can see that the values after the decimal points are repeating values hence they are classified as rational numbers

Looking at the options, the pair of numbers that are rational must be fraction and a repeating decimal. Hence the correct option is 0.752 and 0.232323...

0.752 can be expressed as a fraction as 752/1000 = 94/125

Also 0.232323... is a reapeating decimal, hence a rational number.
