AS per given by the question,

There are given that the graph of inequalities.

Now,

The given inequalities is,

\begin{gathered} y<2x+1 \\ x\leq0 \end{gathered}

Then,

From the option first;

Put the option first in the given inequalities,

So,

\begin{gathered} y<2x+1 \\ -2<-5,\text{ -1<-3, 3<1} \end{gathered}

So, option first is not satisfied .

For option B;

\begin{gathered} y<2x+1 \\ -2<-5,\text{ 1<-3, -8<}-7 \end{gathered}

Now,

For option C;

\begin{gathered} y<2x+1 \\ 3<-1,\text{ -5<-3, -8<7} \end{gathered}

Now,

For the option D;

-3<-1,\text{ -5<-3, -8<-7}

Hence, the option D is correct.
