we have the equation

11x+6y=-33

Part A

Find the x-intercept (value of x when the value of y=0)

so

For y=0

substitute

11x+6(0)=-33

11x=-33

x=-3

therefore

the x-intercept is (-3,0)

Part B

Find the y-intercept (value of y when the value of x=0)

For x=0

11(0)+6y=-33

6y=-33

y=-5.5

therefore

the y-intercept is (0,-5.5)

Part C

Graph the given equation

Plot the intercepts, and join them to graph the line

see the attached figure
