you need first see something all the numbers in the polynomial can be divided by 3 then we can rewrite the polynomial as

3(x^3+4x^2+x-6)

the polynomial x^3+4x^2+x-6 is easier to solve and find the roots

the roots are

x = -3

x = -2

x = 1

and finally

we can rewrite the polynomial as

3(x+3)(x+2)(x-1)

so we can say that the right answer is D. 3(x-1)(x+3)(x + 2)
