Which food group do you think you eat too much or too little of, and what changes can you make to your diet to correct that issue?

A food group I eat too little of is vegetables. A change that can be made to my diet to correct this issue is to incorporate more vegetables into my diet. This can be by taking foods I already like and putting vegetables into it. For example, I can add vegetables into pasta by blending it into the sauce.
