We have the following two points given:

(x_1=3,y_1=8)(x_2=2,y_2=2)

And we want to find the SLOPE intercept form equation given by:

y=mx+b

Where m represent the slope given by:

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)=(2-8)/(2-3)=6

And we can find the intercept b using one of the two points given like this:

2=6(2)+b\rightarrow b=2-12=-10

And then our equation would be given by:

y=6x-10
