We have the following:

The formula of the equation in slope and y-intercept form is:

\begin{gathered} y=mx+b \\ \text{where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept } \end{gathered}

Now, in this case

\begin{gathered} -7x+2 \\ m=-7 \\ b=2 \end{gathered}

Therefore the answer is slope: -7, y-intercept: 2
