We will have the following:

1. SInce all the values of the parabola are positive we have that it opens up.

2. From the information obtained from the equation of the parabola, the vertex is located at (-4 -1).

3. We will have that the y-intercepts is located at (0, 15).

4. Since the vertex is located at (-4, -1) the equation for the axis of symmetry is:


x=-4
