y+4=4(x-2).
Point slope form is y-y1=m(x-x1)
We can insert the equation by putting our slope (4) as m. Our y1 (-4) counters the subtraction sign, so that side of the equation will be y+4. Our x1 is positive, so it can be easily inserted into the formula (x-2).
Basically; insert the terms into the point-slope formula :)!
