Solution

For this case we have the following points:

(2,-3) and (6,4)

We can find the slope on this way:

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)=(4+3)/(6-2)=(7)/(4)

Now we can find the intercept like this:

-3=(7)/(4)\cdot2+b
b=-3-(7)/(2)=-(13)/(2)

Then the answer is:

y=(7)/(4)x-(13)/(2)
