slope-intercept form:

y = mx + b

where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept.

Replacing with the point (-10, 5) and m = -6/5

5 = -6/5(-10) + b

5 = 12 + b

5 - 12 = b

-7 = b

Then, the equation is:

y = -6/5x - 7
