The decrease is the difference between the two prices:

decrease=4.75-4.60=0.15

And we have:

% decrease = decrease/initial price x 100

So:

=(0.15)/(4.75)*100=0.0315*100=3.15

Round to nearest one decimal: 3.2

Answer: 3.2%
