We have the following:

2x-5\le13

solving for x:

\begin{gathered} 2x-5\le13 \\ 2x-5+5\le13+5 \\ 2x\le18 \\ x\le(18)/(2) \\ x\le9 \\ (-\infty,9\rbrack \end{gathered}

Therefore, the answer is 12, because it is a number greater than 9 and it is not in the interval
