We can calculated the maximum power as follows:


\begin{gathered} P_(Max)=VI \\ so: \\ P_(Max)=(127)(30) \\ P_(Max)=3810W \end{gathered}

Since the heater consumes 1600W, we can write the following inequality:


n1600<3810

Where n is the number of heaters, so:


\begin{gathered} n<(3810)/(1600) \\ n<2.38 \\ so: \\ n\approx2 \end{gathered}

Answer:

2 heaters
