Kindly, check below.

1) The first thing to do is to set coordinates for those points so that we can better do this

G(2,8)

C(2, 5)

B (5,6)

A (4,8)

2) Since this dilation is centered at G we need to count the distance from each vertex to point G

3) Since the factor is 2 the dilated triangle will be twice larger than the pre-image and now let's translate it as well

Now that we know the distance from point g from above, we can write out the following coordinate for the image:
