The mode of a data set is the number that appears the most frequently, then, to solve that question we can do a simple table, and we do the frequency of each number, the number with the highest frequency is the mode.

Our data set is: 4, 2, 3, 3, 2, 0, 1, 2, 1, 1, 3

The number are 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4. Let's do our table:

The number 1 appears 3 times in our data set, 2 and 3 as well. They're the most frequent number, then they're the mode. The mode of the data set is 1, 2, 3

\text{mode}=1,2,3
