One fruit punch = 40% fruit juice

Another has = 10% fruit juice

let the amount of the 40% to be mixed be X

\begin{gathered} (40)/(100)* X\text{ +}(10)/(100)*10\text{ =}(25)/(100)(X+10) \\ (40X)/(100)+(100)/(100)\text{ = }(25(X+10))/(100) \\ \text{ }40X+100=25X+250 \\ collectingliketerms,wehave\text{.} \\ 15X=150 \\ X=10\text{gallons} \end{gathered}
undefined
