The angle between lines b and s and the angle between lines b and t can only be equal, like showed in the picture, if the angles are corresponding angles, in which case s and t must be parallel.

Similarly, the angle between lines b and s and the angle between lines a and s can only be equal if the angles are corresponding angles, in which case lines a and b must be parallel.

So the first two statements are correct and the last one is not.
