We are giving

a medicine with density

2200(kg)/(m^3)

we are request to find th density in pounds/ft^3

(lb)/(ft^3)

the trick here is that the units we don't want to use get's canceled

Open itsi way to the new units

as following

(kg)/(m^3)*(lb)/(kg)*(m^3)/(ft^3)=(lb)/(ft^3)

then

the 2200 density of medicine

2200(kg)/(m^3)*(2.2lb)/(1kg)*(1m^3)/(35.3ft^3)
2200(kg)/(m^3)*(2.2lb)/(1kg)*(1m^3)/(35.3ft^3)=137.11(lb)/(ft^3)

then

2200kg/m^3 = 137.11 lb/ft^3
