The given general form of a circle is:

x²+y²+4x+12y+4 = 0

x²+4x +y²+12y +4=0

We will rewrite it in the form:

(x+2)² + (y+6)² = -4 +4 +36

(x+2)² +(y+6)² = 6²

a) The center has (2,6) as coordinates

b) the radius is 6.
