First of all, we must remember some properties of exponents, between them, let's take a look at the following


a^(-1)=(1)/(a)

So, we can rewrite the expression as follows


-\frac{6x}{(\left(-x+7\right)^{(1)/(5)})^4}-7(-x+7)^{(1)/(5)}

As we can't apply any other factor case, we only get that simplification of the given expression.
