the initial equation is:


\mleft|-9-7x\mright|=\mleft|23-7x\mright|

Now we can add 7x in bout sides of the equation so:


\begin{gathered} \mleft|-9-7x+7x\mright|=\mleft|23-7x+7x\mright| \\ \mleft|-9\mright|=\mleft|23\mright| \end{gathered}

So te problem don't have solution.
