This is definitely true, the constitution wasn’t perfect now and at the time and that’s why the bill of rights was created to focus more in-depth of rights and other important issues

I think it might be true because, The Bill of Rights protects freedom of speech, freedom of religion, the right to keep and bear arms, the freedom of assembly and the freedom to petition.
