Let's see the formula


\\ \sf\longmapsto F=G(Mm)/(r^2)

  • r is the distance
  • G is gravitational constant
  • M is mass of earth
  • m is mass of object.

Hence


\\ \sf\longmapsto F\propto (1)/(r)

  • If distance is more force is less .
  • If distance is less force is more.
