To convert a number from polar to rectangular we need to apply the following expressions:

\begin{gathered} x=r\cdot\cos (\theta) \\ y=r\cdot\sin (\theta) \end{gathered}

Where r is the module of the polar number and theta is the angle. Using the values given to us we have:

\begin{gathered} x=6\cdot\cos ((5\pi)/(3))=3_{} \\ y=6\cdot\sin ((5\pi)/(3))=-5.2 \end{gathered}

The rectangular coordinates are (-5.2, 3)
