We are given the following function

-12x=380-2y

Recall that the slope-intercept form is given by

y=mx+b

Where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept.

Let us re-write the given function into the slope-intercept form

\begin{gathered} -12x=380-2y \\ 2y-12x=380 \\ 2y=12x+380 \\ y=(12x+380)/(2) \\ y=(12x)/(2)+(380)/(2) \\ y=6x+190 \end{gathered}

So, the y-intercept is 190

Note that y-intercept is the point where the line intersects the y-axis

At this point, the x-coordinate is 0

Therefore, the y-intercept written as an ordered pair is

(0,190)
