According to the problem, Cheyenne has to divide 2 1/3 meters of thread by 2/3 meter to see how many bracelets she can make.

2(1)/(3)=(6+1)/(3)=(7)/(3)

Let's divide,

(7)/(3)\colon(2)/(3)=(7)/(3)\cdot(3)/(2)=(7)/(2)

She can make 3 complete bracelets.

Observe that the result is 3.5, we can't include the decimal part because the problem is asking for complete bracelets only.
