(a)

The general equation of slop is;

(Rise)/(run)=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

From the given graph;

\begin{gathered} (Rise)/(run)=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1) \\ (Rise)/(run)=(3-5)/(4-0) \\ (Rise)/(run)=(-2)/(4) \\ (Rise)/(run)=(-1)/(2) \end{gathered}

The rise = -1 and run = 2

Rise/run = -1/2

The given graoh is;
