Solution

Selling Price = $20

Discount of 23%

The price of discount to be removed is

\begin{gathered} Discount=(23)/(100)*20 \\ Discount=4.6 \end{gathered}

So, Discount = $4.6 is to be removed as discount

New Discount price for the razor is

20-4.6=15.4

New Discount price = $15.4

There is now a further price for membership of 5% discount

The discount price to be removed will be

\begin{gathered} NewDiscount=(5)/(100)*15.4 \\ NewDiscount=0.77 \end{gathered}

New Discount = $0.77 is to be removed

New Discount price for member is

15.4-0.77=14.63

A member customer need to pay $ 14.63 for the razor

Price = $14.63
