To find s:

Since there is a transversal line crossing twp parallel lines, the angles on the same side of the trnasversal line are congruent, but one must be inside the parallel lines and the other outside those:

So, s and 81 both are supplementary angles (add up to 180°) so:

81+s =180

Solve for s:

s=180-81

s=99
