Two closely related organisms will have very similar DNA, which also means that a shared gene will produce very similar animo acid sequences, if not the same, because an aminoacid can be coded by more than one codon, so two slighly different DNA sequences can produce the same aminoacid sequence.

This means A, very similar amio acid sis the right answer.
