\begin{gathered} 14x+3y=11 \\ -14x-2y=9 \end{gathered}

add the equations together

since y=20, replace in one of the equations to solve for x

\begin{gathered} 14x+3(20)=11 \\ 14x+60=11 \\ 14x=-49 \\ x=-(49)/(14) \\ x=-(7)/(2) \end{gathered}

the solution of the system of equations is (-7/2,20)
