We know that the lease rate for mid size car is 359 per month for two years,

So, to know the total value in 2 years we need to multiply the value by the number of months,

\begin{gathered} \text{ Lease rate} \\ 359\cdot24=8616 \end{gathered}

Now, to find the costs of insurance and maintenancde, We must subtract the lease rate from the total spent,

10969-8616=2353

Finally, the total cost for insurance and maintenance was $2353.
